TIG Welding

Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, also known as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), is a precise and versatile welding process commonly used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, construction, and manufacturing. TIG welding utilizes a non-consumable tungsten electrode to create the weld, along with a separate filler material if needed.

In TIG welding, an electric arc is established between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece, generating the heat necessary to melt the base metals. The weld area is shielded from atmospheric contamination by an inert gas, typically argon or helium, which flows through the welding torch.
